Material & Craftsmanship
Our cashmere scarves are woven from Grade A Mongolian cashmere fiber (14.5-15.5μm) sourced directly from contracted Albus goat herders on the Ordos plateau. The fiber is dehaired on Italian Capstan lines, then worsted-spun into 2/48 Nm yarn before weaving on Japanese Toyota JAT810 looms.
Manufacturing Process
Combed in 4 stages: dehaired (Capstan) → worsted spun (2/48 Nm) → warped (700 ends) → woven (Toyota JAT810, 5 picks/cm) → washed (eco-softener) → hand-fringed.
