当社のカシミアスカーフは、オルドス高原の契約アルバス山羊飼育者から直接調達したA級モンゴル産カシミア繊維 (14.5-15.5μm) で織られています。繊維はイタリア Capstan 設備で脱毛後、2/48 Nm 梳毛糸に紡績、豊田 JAT810 織機で製織。
Manufacturing Process
4 工程: 脱毛 (Capstan) → 梳毛紡績 (2/48 Nm) → 整経 (700 本) → 製織 (豊田 JAT810, 5 打ち/cm) → 水洗い (エコ柔軟剤) → 手作業フリンジ。
